Who we are
At KHY ABA Consulting Group, we believe that better supervision means better service; for practitioners and for clients.
KHY ABA was founded in response to a major gap in the field: the lack of comprehensive, effective supervision for ABA students, ABA supervisors, and first-year BCBAs. We saw too many practitioners left without clear guidance, structured mentorship, or the tools they needed to grow; and we knew there had to be a better way.
So, we built it.
We created an ethical, competency-based curriculum that supports ABA professionals at every level; from students in ABA fieldwork, to supervisors and seasoned BCBA mentors. Our supervision systems are rooted in quality, efficiency, and efficacy; and are designed for both individuals and organizations seeking to raise the standard of care.
Our work doesn't just check the boxes for BACB compliance. It teaches people how to provide meaningful, effective, and scalable support; improving outcomes for supervisees and the clients they serve.
Led by experts, our team brings 20+ years of clinical experience, teaching expertise, and real-world insight to everything we do.
